Quick Start Guide

Get your first Tellexa AI assistant up and running in under 5 minutes.

  1. Visit tellexa.ai
  2. Click Start Free Trial
  3. Enter your business email
  4. Choose your first product (we recommend Tellexa PA to start)

Select the assistant that fits your needs:

After signup, you’ll be guided through connecting your existing tools:

  • Google Calendar or Microsoft 365
  • Email (Gmail or Outlook)
  • Task manager (optional)
  • Monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
  • Deployment platform (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Alert channels (Slack, PagerDuty)
  • Document storage (OneDrive, Google Drive)
  • Email for document intake

Once connected, your assistant is ready! Start with simple requests:

For PA:

“What’s on my calendar tomorrow?” “Schedule a meeting with John for next week” “Remind me to call Sarah at 3pm”

For DevOps:

“What alerts came in overnight?” “Show me the status of production” “Deploy the latest staging build”

For Dox:

“Summarize this contract” “Extract all dates from this document” “What are the key terms in this NDA?”

As you use your assistant, you can:

  • Set preferences — Working hours, communication style
  • Add integrations — Connect more tools as needed
  • Create shortcuts — Common tasks with one command
  • Invite team members — Share access with colleagues

At the end of your trial:

  1. You’ll receive an email with trial summary and usage stats
  2. Choose to upgrade to continue with full access
  3. Or export your data — We make it easy to take your information with you
