  2. Click Connect Pipedrive
  3. Enter your Pipedrive API token (or use OAuth)
  4. Select which pipelines to connect
  5. Complete setup

Customize how Tellexa fields map to your CRM:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → [CRM] → Field Mapping
  2. Map standard fields (name, email, phone)
  3. Add custom field mappings as needed

  2. Check API access is enabled in your CRM
  3. Ensure your user has API permissions
  • Check field mapping configuration
  • Verify required fields are populated
  • Review sync logs for errors
  • Your CRM user may lack required permissions
  • Contact your CRM admin for access
