Only if you grant permission. You control exactly which folders and data Tellexa can access.

By default, Tellexa drafts emails for your approval. You can enable auto-send for specific scenarios if you choose.

Yes. Over time, Tellexa learns:

Yes, Tellexa works on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is coming soon.


Currently, data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. South African data residency options coming soon.

Only you (and authorized team members if shared). Tellexa staff cannot access your conversations without explicit permission.

Yes. We comply with POPIA (South Africa) and GDPR (Europe) requirements for data protection.

Yes. You can request complete data deletion at any time. We’ll remove all your data within 30 days.

No. Your conversations and documents are never used to train AI models. Your data stays yours.


Common causes:

  1. Permissions revoked — Re-authorize the integration
  2. Token expired — Reconnect the service
  3. Firewall blocking — Ensure Tellexa domains are allowed

Possible reasons:

  • Complex requests (analyzing large documents)
  • Integration delays (waiting for external services)
  • High demand periods (rare)

Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods to add or update cards.

We offer refunds within 14 days of payment if you’re unsatisfied. Contact billing@tellexa.ai.

Yes. Annual billing provides 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12).

Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You’ll retain access until your billing period ends.
