How is Tellexa different from ChatGPT?

Is my data secure?

- Encrypted at rest and in transit
- Never used to train AI models

Do you offer a free trial?

Do you offer enterprise pricing?

- Standard: 1 primary user
- Team: Shared access for 3+ users
- Enterprise: Custom access controls

Section titled “Can Tellexa access my email?”Only if you grant permission. You control exactly which folders and data Tellexa can access.
Can Tellexa send emails without asking?
Section titled “Can Tellexa send emails without asking?”By default, Tellexa drafts emails for your approval. You can enable auto-send for specific scenarios if you choose.
Does Tellexa learn my preferences?
Section titled “Does Tellexa learn my preferences?”Yes. Over time, Tellexa learns:
- Your communication style
- Scheduling preferences
- Common contacts and tasks
- Frequently used phrases
Can I use Tellexa on mobile?
Section titled “Can I use Tellexa on mobile?”Yes, Tellexa works on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is coming soon.
Security & Privacy
Section titled “Security & Privacy”Where is my data stored?
Section titled “Where is my data stored?”Currently, data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. South African data residency options coming soon.
Who can see my conversations?
Section titled “Who can see my conversations?”Only you (and authorized team members if shared). Tellexa staff cannot access your conversations without explicit permission.
Is Tellexa POPIA compliant?
Section titled “Is Tellexa POPIA compliant?”Yes. We comply with POPIA (South Africa) and GDPR (Europe) requirements for data protection.
Can I delete my data?
Section titled “Can I delete my data?”Yes. You can request complete data deletion at any time. We’ll remove all your data within 30 days.
Do you train AI on my data?
Section titled “Do you train AI on my data?”No. Your conversations and documents are never used to train AI models. Your data stays yours.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Why isn’t my integration working?
Section titled “Why isn’t my integration working?”Common causes:
- Permissions revoked — Re-authorize the integration
- Token expired — Reconnect the service
- Firewall blocking — Ensure Tellexa domains are allowed
Why is Tellexa slow?
Section titled “Why is Tellexa slow?”Possible reasons:
- Complex requests (analyzing large documents)
- Integration delays (waiting for external services)
- High demand periods (rare)
If slowness persists, contact support.
I found a bug. How do I report it?

Billing
Section titled “Billing”How do I update my payment method?
Section titled “How do I update my payment method?”Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods to add or update cards.
Can I get a refund?
Section titled “Can I get a refund?”We offer refunds within 14 days of payment if you’re unsatisfied. Contact billing@tellexa.ai.
Do you offer annual billing?
Section titled “Do you offer annual billing?”Yes. Annual billing provides 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12).
How do I cancel?
Section titled “How do I cancel?”Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You’ll retain access until your billing period ends.
