Apps  ·  Work management, built in

The same system your team uses.

Tasks, boards, projects, CRM, forms, campaigns and the helpdesk are part of the platform, not something you integrate with it. Your Assistants do not talk to your task system. They work in it.

Most task systems get abandoned because keeping them accurate is a chore. That chore is what an Assistant absorbs.

Modules

Six things, one system.

A support ticket, a project task, a quote and a phone call usually concern the same customer. Keeping them in separate systems is what causes the nobody knew we already spoke to them problem.

Tasks and boards

Columns that match how your team actually works, not a fixed methodology. Assignees, due dates, priorities, labels, checklists and custom fields for whatever your business tracks that a generic task does not cover.

Boards Custom fields Time tracking

Projects and goals

Related work grouped with its tasks, documents, contacts and history. Goals with milestones, so progress is measured by what is being achieved rather than how many items were closed. Ask an Assistant for a status update and it writes one from the actual state.

Milestones Reporting

CRM

Companies and contacts with the full history of your relationship. A 360 view that brings together the people, the conversations, the open work, the tickets and the documents. Notes get written by the Assistant off the back of calls and meetings, which is what keeps the history real.

Companies Contacts 360 view

Forms and polls

Branded forms that route straight into your work rather than into an inbox somebody has to process. A submission can raise a ticket, create a task, update a CRM record and start an Assistant working on it. Polls can be run live, with a presenter view and results updating as they arrive.

Public links Embed Live polls

Campaigns and events

Audience, message sequence and outcome in one tracked thing rather than a mail merge plus a spreadsheet plus a chase list. Events add registration, entry passes, scan check in and a live arrivals dashboard, then post event follow up and handover of qualified interest to sales.

Invitations Check in Follow up

Helpdesk

Customer requests become tracked tickets with an owner, a status and a history. A shared queue your team claims from, and a customer portal reached by a link to their email so there is no password to forget and no account for you to administer.

Why built in matters

The board stays current on its own.

An Assistant that takes an action item out of a meeting creates the task. An Assistant asked to handle that task carries it out and closes it. Nobody maintains a list separately from the work.

  • Visibility is deliberate. A board is not automatically open to everyone in the organisation, which is what makes it safe to run recruitment or commercial negotiations in the same system as everything else.

  • Analytics that answer real questions. What the team is delivering, where work is piling up, who is overloaded and how this period compares with the last one.

  • Already have a CRM or task system? Assistants work inside your existing tools where an integration exists. Nothing has to move for you to get value.

Get started

See it against
your own work.

A consultation walks through how your team runs today and which of these would carry weight. Bring the process that frustrates you most.
